法律硕士培养方案
    本法学院的研究生培养方案有几个目标:向那些在法律研究方面已表现出较高悟性的、积极参与实践的人员和近期法学院毕业生提供拓展知识面和从事研究的机会;向法学教师和即将成为法学教师的人提供在教授指导下进行高层次学习、研究和写作的便利条件还向外国：翻译公司法学院的杰出毕业生提供拓展其有关美国法律运行的知识和进行比较法学研究的机会。

Juris Doctor Program

Here the student encountersthe grand divisions of private law一property, tort, and contract一as well as criminal law and civil procedure. The year-long programin legal writing focuses on the development of the lawyer's basicskills in the uses of research tools and writing and culminates'in thepreparation of briefs and presentation of oral arguments in mootcourt.
