make an exception（例外），容易与reception混淆。很多人认识except但是不会使用exception，由此我们也应该注意，在记忆单词的时候，要将其相关的名词、动词、形容词、副词记下来啊！

其实call off（取消、放弃）这个短语在很早期的节目就出现过。用cancel，同样适用。
