    ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    PRICE INCREASE
    Seller may increase any price hereunder on the first day ofany calendar quarter-yearly period by delivering or mailing writtennotice to Buyer at least fifteen(15) days prior to such day. Buyer,however, shall have the right to cancel the undelivered portion of thematerial to which such increase in price applies by delivering ormailing written notice to Seller prior to the date when such increaseis to become effective.
      TAXES
    In addition to the purchase price, Buyer shall pay Seller theamount of all government taxes, excises and/or other charges (excepttaxes on or measured by net income) that Seller may be required to paywith respect to the production, sale or transportation of any materialdelivered hereunder, except where the law otherwise provided.
      LOWER COMPETITIVE PRICE
    If Buyer furnishes proof to Seller that Buyer can purchasefrom a manufacturer in any contract year any of the aforesaidmaterials produced within the United States, of the same quality,upon similar terms and conditions, in approximately the samequantity, as the then undelivered quantity hereunder during suchcontract year, and at a lower price than is then in effect under thisAgreement, then if Seller shall not reduce the州ce hereunder to sucha lower price, for the foresaid quantity, Buyer may purchase suchquantity from the other manufacturer, whereupon Buyer's commitmentunder this Agreement shall be reduced by the quantity so purchased.
