NOTICE:

1. The Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person is the certificate for an enterprise to obtain legal person qualification and conduct legal operation.
2. The Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person is made out in an original copy and a duplicate copy. Both copies have the same legal forces.
3. The original copy of the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person shall be placed in an eye-catching position in the residence of the enterprise.
4. The Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person may not be forged, altered, leased, lent, or transferred.
5. The enterprise as a legal person shall apply for making changes in its registration if any registration item is to be modified and apply for a new business license.
6. The enterprise as a legal person shall participate in the annual check-up from March 1 to June 30 each year.
7. The enterprise as a legal person may not conduct operation activities irrelevant to liquidation after the business license is revoked.
8. The enterprise as a legal person shall return the original and duplicate copies of the business license to the registration authority when going through the procedures for canceling its registration.
9. In case the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person is lost or damaged, the enterprise shall make an announcement on the invalidity of the business license in a newspaper designated by the original registration authority and apply for a replacement.
