方法
我们界定最能描述职位的各种特征：定量和定性-硬性和软性DISC评估。一旦我们有合适的细节，我们就开始搜寻。

这些评估通过字词组合来测试一个人的偏好，从而对行为的四个方面作出归类（与迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标比较）。DISC是以下单词的缩略语：
 Dominance支配性 — 有关控制、权力和决断
 Influence影响性 — 有关社会状况和交际
 Steadiness稳定性（马斯顿时期为submission服从）— 有关耐心、恒心和细心
 Conscientiousness服从性（马斯顿时期为caution小心，compliance顺从）— 有关架构和组织

Methodology
We define the characteristics which best describe the position: quantitative and qualitative – hard and soft – D-I-S-C-Assessment. Once we have the right details in place, we start search.

The assessments classify four aspects of behavior by testing a person's preferences in word associations (compare with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). DISC is an acronym for:
 Dominance – relating to control, power and assertiveness
 Influence – relating to social situations and communication
 Steadiness (submission in Marston's time) – relating to patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness
 Conscientiousness (or caution, compliance in Marston's time) – relating to structure and organization
